Established in memory of physicist Berkol, who passed away at a young age, the Özgen Berkol Doğan Science Fiction Library has been a unique gathering place for the science fiction community in Turkey since 2012. Celebrating its eleventh anniversary this year in Kadıköy Caferağa neighborhood, the library commemorated its 10th year with the Berkol Science Fiction Days held in 2022. 

I designed the social media announcements and printed materials for the event’s second edition in 2023. Swirling rays and circles resembling dust particles in the galaxy became the backbone of the concept. Bright colors and characters drawn by Berkol during his childhood also played a prime role in the design. You can check out the event recordings published on the library's YouTube channel.
